Yoga Teacher Training no comments
Sivananda Yoga, an internationally recognised yoga school with over 22,000 graduates worldwide, has responded to the economic downturn by reducing its yoga teacher training course fees for residents of the United Kingdom.
The Sivananda Yoga Teachers’ Training Course (TTC) trains future yoga teachers in the classical integration of the physical, mental and spiritual teachings of yoga. It was founded by renowned yoga master and peace activist Swami Vishnudevananda (author of the best-selling The Complete Illustrated Book of Yoga). The inaugural yoga teacher training programme was taught in Canada in 1969, making it the first yoga school established in the West.
Graduates of this Hatha Yoga teacher certification course have sufficient knowledge and practical experience to teach Hatha Yoga (asanas, pranayama and relaxation) to beginners and intermediate yoga students. They can take advantage of additional yoga teacher certification programmes such as further training seminars and the Advanced Sivananda Yoga Teachers’ Training Course.
The Sivananda Yoga Teachers’ Training Course is taught in countries all over the world, including the UK, France, Austria, Spain and Poland, as well as India and North and South America.
