CorePower Yoga – Gold Coast is the second CorePower Yoga studio to open in Chicago, Illinois.

CorePower Yoga studios offer Power Yoga, their signature heated Vinyasa flow, Hot Yoga, Hot Power Fusion, and Yoga Sculpt, which is yoga practiced with weights. All yoga classes encompass a wide variety of asana or yoga poses and are taught by certified yoga instructors.

CorePower Yoga – Gold Coast houses a yoga clothing retail boutique which features flattering styles that extend beyond the yoga classroom to everyday wear. Yoga clothing selection includes active wear, lifestyle fashion and yoga accessories.

CorePower Yoga – Gold Coast is located not far from the Chicago flagship yoga studio in South Loop. The South Loop yoga studio hosts a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training along with a range of lifestyle programs for continued growth and wellness, including CorePower Yoga BootCamp, a weekend intensive Nutrition Program and Yogi Training.

CorePower Yoga – Gold Coast will be offering both Hot and Power Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in early 2010. CorePower Yoga Teacher Trainings include cutting edge learning opportunities such as anatomy study, cadaver labs, video review, yoga posture-specific workshops, and more for a comprehensive experience.

BootCamp is a two-week program that expands the physical challenge beyond yoga to help build muscle, lose weight and boost metabolism.

CorePower Yoga’s Nutrition Program is designed to help identify food allergies/sensitivities, maintain and/or lose weight, and learn how to make better choices regarding nutrition and exercise.

CorePower Yoga hosts a biannual yoga retreat in Mexico where yoga students have the opportunity to practice yoga on the beach. CorePower Yoga also hosts an annual Colorado mountain retreat in the Rocky Mountains.
