Author, John E. Cother, Discovers Inspiration With Yoga no comments
Often reclusive Southern author John E. Cother shows up regularly for yoga classes at the local North Mississippi Health Services Wellness Center. Cother has discovered that yoga offers meditation and relaxation to the degree it promotes creativity. Prior to his practice of yoga, Cother found himself frequently a victim of the dreaded writer’s block.
As his yoga practice advanced, the instances of writer’s block decreased dramatically.
Intrigued by his newly acquired yoga devotion, local media outlets have sought to discover details of his purported comments. When asked by media sources what Cother had to say during a yoga class, one of the class participants replied, “He didn’t say anything, but he smiled a lot.”
Long time Cother pal, P. Buford Pate, confirmed Cother’s dedication to his yoga practice. “John goes to yoga classes four times per week and he also practices at home.” Cother has thus far declined requests for interviews. Pate added, “John told me yoga was the best thing he’d ever done for his mental and physical well being as well as his writing.”
Cother has said numerous times, “I’m nothing but a Southern boy with some stories to tell.”
